One of my 2013 goals (although not written here, hehe) is to lose weight. I always try to lose weight but if you are a working mom/mompreneur/wife/shock absorber, time is always my first enemy.
I have no exercise and at work, I just sit down the whole day facing this computer. I seldom roam around because most of my works are on reports, updates, etc.
Daddy said, we should run every morning again. Maybe twice or thrice a week. That's a good idea especially that my mother is here na. She can look after Matt while we do the early morning run, that should be before 5 a.m. because our work starts at 7 a.m.
To prove that I am really serious about losing weight, I will start this Health is Wealth feature. I will post about updates on our losing weight goal once in a while. I will also feature some helpful tips on losing weight and staying healthy.
You can blend it all together in a blender. But it will not that smooth so if can't go with the texture then you might want to buy a juicer. Or you can sieve it, though still it is better to take in the fiber.
Of the 6 detoxifying juices, I think I will try the potassium juice. Hopefully, I can take it, haha.
