Human Heart Nature Kids Natural Shampoo & Body Wash for Boys

Since we are a Human Heart Nature dealer already, we have decided to make the natural shift. As promise, I will write about a review with each HHN product that we are using now. The first HHN product that I really want to try, aside from the Sunflower Beauty Oil, is the Kids Natural Shampoo & Body Wash for Boys.

On homeschooling and tutoring

My son's education is always been my priority. That's one of the main reasons why if given a choice I will choose to be a stay or work at home mom. I want to be there in every learning milestone he will have. In fact, I have been homeschooling him since June. It's not a regular or formal homeschooling. It's anything goes homeschooling based on what he wants or loves to do that enable him to learn. It's not easy I tell you, as I need to deal with this energetic, smart, talkative and witty young man. Patience is very much needed, long patience I must say.

Photostory: A Simple Joy

Thank God it's Friday na Momsies!!! Weekend is here, yey! What's your activity pala for the weekend? Ours is the usual activity on Sundays. We'll have a breakfast and hear a mass. Daddy is planning to continue cleaning again and me too. I am not done with rearranging our bedroom and organizing our craft things e. And of course, we need to finish orders pa. Nevertheless, the best part of it is I am at home with my family.

Anyway, yesterday I write about the hardest part of being a working mom. Now let me share with you the simple joy that means great happiness to us.

The Hardest Part of being a Working Mom

Hello Momsies! It’s another brand new gloomy day. As usual, I need to go to work and do you know what is one of the hardest parts of being a working mom? It's when you need to leave the house for work while your kid is still asleep.

Worry-less Wednesday + Homeschooling Writing A's

Hi there Momsies!

Ang bilis ng araw. I thought Tuesday palang, Wednesday na pala. Hihi. Musta naman ang linggo nyo mga Momsies? Mid-week na and I know like me, you are looking forward for the weekend. We had the first part of general cleaning last week so most probably may follow up yan this weekend since we have a lot to clean pa. We were cleaning the house while raining last Sunday so less sweat =)

Maybe you are wondering why it's a "worry-less Wednesday." If you have read my post yesterday, you will probably know why =)

Now, let me share a little update on our homeschooling. Here's Little Joaquin Matthew writing A's.

A Quiet Me =)

Hello Momsies!!!

I am still here, it is just that I am quiet, hehe... Wala naman, I just realize some points that I am missing or over using. Blogging is part of my life now. I started this blog not to monetize because honestly, I didn't know before that I can earn money through blogging. But when I learned about it, I suddenly went out of my way. Yup, at one point I was just concern in earning money because it's an open book that I really wanted to be a stay or work at home mom. So I grab every opportunity that comes my way. I force myself to blog until one day I almost lost my momentum to write, to blog.

That's when I realize it's not the way I want it from the start. I want my blog to be a reflection of me, a reflection of my life.

The Reading Lesson 3 + Little Joaquin

Hello Momsies! How's your week so far? We are still yaya-less but I don't worry that much. I know God will send us a good one in time. That's why we don't really rush and besides I feel much comfortable living without "other people" around.

Anyway, let me give you an update on Matt's homeschooling. It's not that formal homeschooling, it's anything goes actually. I let him do what he wants as long as he is learning. He writes less nowadays so I am encouraging him to write by printing more writing activities. Also, I think I need to buy him more writing books. For now, what he's constantly doing every night is the Reading Lesson and we are now on Lesson Three.

Reunited =)

Family will always be family. This sayings will always be true at the end of the day. I don't have a perfect family. My siblings and I are not that close. Maybe because we have so different personalities. I am always the perfectionist and always try to do what is right. And most of the times, I am being misinterpreted by my siblings. But since I know in my heart, I didn't do anything wrong to them and one day these gaps will be patched in God's time.

And do you experience having a perfect timing in a not so perfect situation? Just when I am so worried about losing Matt's yaya, this circumstance just brought my siblings are I closer. We are reunited.

The Busy Mommy2

Momsies, I am still here. I am just busy with my work since Monday that's why. I am also busy, answering inquiries on crochet MTOs =)

Just to give you a little update. A few weeks ago, I am contemplating whether or not to quit my job. You all know that what I really want now is to stay or work at home so I can spend more time with Matt. Unfortunately, I can't just do that because I need to consider our financial needs since we are still paying for our house. That's why I feel so worried when Matt's yaya finally bid goodbye. I have mixed feelings actually. I almost consider it as a sign but then things just fall into its places. God is really good. We will have a new yaya by next week and I am thankful to my sister who patiently take care of Matt, play and ran after him. Matt is the king of our house ever since his yaya went out. He deserves to be treated as one but still we are not tolerating any of his bad behavior.

I will Always Love My Boy

Thank God it's Friday!

Momsies, I know you are also looking forward to the weekend. It's time to rest or do the things we can't do for the weekend. But I know for moms like us, we really can't rest unless we need it too. Though it's very important for us to have a break because a happy and healthy mom equals a happy and healthy family. Agree?

Allow me to share this with you, especially with moms with a boy.

The Search is on for a New Yaya

Yes momsies, Matt's Tita (nanny/yaya) finally bid goodbye. What can I do it's her decision naman. I know it's so hard to find a trustworthy yaya. That's why when she asked our permission for a 2-week vacation, I sensed already that she has other plan na.

Like a song "some good things never last," we have to find an immediate replacement for her. I told you naman that Matt's yaya is so masipag, malinis sa bahay and I know how much she loves Matt. But I have learned about the stories of her wrong doings and words that really hurt me. It hurts me because I don't expect her to act like that and as far as I know we are good to her. I fully trust her kasi. I trust Matt to her then all of the sudden she's doing not right to my son pala. No, I don't confront her but God knows how much I want to tell that to her face. I told Daddy that when she feels like moving out then we just have let her go. As much as possible I don't want to see her go with a heavy heart. Still, I respect her being the sister of my MIL's sister-in-law.

On Saving and Living within Our Means

Daddy Allan and I are living a frugal life. We seldom buy branded clothes, shoes, bags, etc. We rather spend on foods and other basic needs. We do have credit cards and I must admit at one point we have abused the use of it. But we have lessons learned so with God's grace and self-discipline, we overcome over spending and so we are proud to say that we are almost debt free.

We have a small online shop and that helps a lot especially with our weekly expenses. Because of that also, Daddy was able to buy his dream DSLR. That is not an easy decision to give in but he works hard crocheting over night so I think he deserved it as a birthday present. We are also using his DSLR to take better picture quality of our crochet products. As for me, I don't need anything but maybe in the future as I am planning to buy either a laptop or an all-in-one computer, which I can be used when my plan of working at home push through.
