5 Easy Steps to Renew PRC License Online

After celebrating my 36th birthday and after 5 years of not renewing our PRC License, Daddy and I decided to renew it again. I needed a valid PRC License kasi to comply with the Chemistry Law.

Anyway, good news is Filipino professionals can now renew their license online via PRC's Professional Regulation Commission) LERIS (Licensure Examination & Registration Information System) V2 website. Here are the 5 easy steps to Renew PRC License Online

1. Log on the PRC Online LERIS V2.

Click REGISTER to sign up an account if you are a new user. For new user you need an e-mail address (for Account Activation), your mobile number, personal data (including year graduated) and ID photo. Please note that the ID photo you will update must meet the following requirements to avoid delay or disapproval:
  • The photo must be 2x2 in size in plain white background.
  • The photos must be taken no more than 6 months prior to uploading.
  • The applicant must wear decent attire with collar.

For old users, click SING IN and enter your email address and password to log in.

Note that for new account, you will receive a PRC generated email. Just click Activate Account to verify your account.

2. Create your profile.

Fill up this form accurately and double check all the information provided. You will not be allowed to change your name after saving.

After saving your personal information, upload your picture via your computer or phone directory.

3. Schedule the Pick Up.

Click SELECT TRANSACTION then select RENEWAL.

Select your Profession and enter your 7-digit PRC License Number, then click the PROCEED button.

You will then ask to select the PRC office where you want your transaction to be processed. Then choose an appointment date (only from colored boxes). After that choose your preferred payment option. (If you choose any of these payment options, there will be a service fee of 50 pesos)

4. Pay Renewal Fee

Payment options are as follows: Over the Counter/ATM Banking, Online Banking, Mobile Payment and Over the Counter Non-Bank. For each payment option, there's a Payment Instruction Page. Read this carefully to avoid any delay on your transaction. By the way, I chose online banking via Dragon Pay and it was a bliss.

After payment, you need to verify status at EXISTING TRANSACTION Tab and select PRINT CLAIM STUB button. This is the claiming stub that you will show to pick up your ID in your scheduled date.

When you are done, don't forget to click the LOGOUT button.

5. Pick up your PRC License ID.

Proceed to the PRC Office you selected in the appointment page with your claiming stub. Present your claiming stub at the counter, sit down and wait for you to call.

We chose Robinsons Galleria and in less than 30 minutes we got our new PRC License ID. We were saved from the long and tedious renewal process before.
