Happy New Year everyone!
Please forgive me for being MIA for the past weeks. Alam nyo naman kapag holiday season, ang daming work. Bakit nga ba? Actually, I am anticipating more work loads pa this new year.
Before I share our Christmas and New Year celebration, isingit ko muna our quick trip to Nuvali.
Dahil minsan lang naman sa isang taon, we reserved one day vacation leave for Matthew's educational trip last November.
The smile on his face is really priceless.
Pero mukhang mas excited kaming dalawa. Haha. We rarely have such trip kasi because of our busy work schedules. That's the price we have to pay for having a big work responsibility.
Anyway, what is important naman is we do our best to make bawi. Though I know, we can't take back lost time we see to it nalang na our son will enjoy every moment we spend with him.
Oopss... Medyo nalilihis ng kwento. Going back to our quick Nuvali trip. Nuvali at Sta. Rosa Laguna was one of the itineraries of Matthew's fieldtrip. Yun lang quick lang talaga sya because of the heavy traffic going to south from Bulacan.
Even though it was just a quick trip, the kids enjoyed feeding the koi fishes.
Matthew enjoyed feeding the fishes so much that he asked me to buy him a fish, hehe.

It was a good start of Matthew's field trip. Natanggal stress namin dahil sa heavy traffic. Again, seeing those little smile is really priceless. Sabi nga "You will never have this day with your children again. Tomorrow they’ll be a little older than they were today. This day is a gift. Just breathe, notice, study their faces and little feet. Pay attention. Relish the charms of the present. Enjoy today, it will be over before you know it."
Teka, kami naman ng ex-jowa ko solo photo... Hehe.
