Our Happy New Year 2017

Hello everyone! After almost two weeks, finally had a chance to blog again. Whew! It's been a very busy start of the week, my apologies 😃

Anyways, I have so many stories to share however I have less time to blog kasi. Ayan na naman ako ano? Haha. Seriously, I need to manage my time and that's one of my goals this 2017. But before that, let me share how we celebrate our new year. Yeah, another super late post here but still worth sharing.

It's the first time in my 35 years of existence that I celebrate New Year without my mother. Just like Christmas, I also wish that Nanay is still here. (Read: Our Merry Christmas - Noche Buena 2016 and Our Merry Christmas Day 2016). We have a happy new year celebration but still there's this feeling of something is missing... Someone is missing and that's Nanay.

O sha bago ako magdrama, let these photos speak how we welcome the new year, 2017. On New Year's eve, we went to the plaza as requested by Matthew. Nagpipilit kasi magpabili ng toys kahit mura lang daw at bumili na din kami ng torotot nya.

I really missed this boy. He had a one week vacation at Daddy A's house in Nueva Ecija kasi. Feeling ko ang tagal ng one week e.

That's why I missed my selfie buddy so much!

Here's our last family photo for the year 2016.

When the clock hit 12:00 midnight, here's our Media Noche. We have spaghetti, macaroni salad, fruit salad, ham, barbecue and hotdogs and wine. Of course our 13 fruits for another fruitful year.

Oh our little boy was excited for the New Year kaya ayan pwesto na agad sa mesa, haha.

So Daddy and I!

My first selfie for the year.

Daddy's first picture showing his trimmed  body.

Yabang lang ha. But wait ka lang and that's one of my goals for 2017, to be fit and healthy.

Our first family pictures for the year.

And even it was raining, nothing can stop the welcoming of the new year with a big bang!

Heto ding bulilit hindi nagpapigil sa paglabas at panunuod ng fireworks.

Here's our cheers to 2017!

We didn't let the day passed without going to Church to thank our Lord God for the year that was.

2016  was the most painful year in my life. Losing a mother is something no one ever would want but I thank God for giving me strength and for making me realized how strong I can be. Ulila na kami but we have people around us who's filling the space our parents left in our life.

Thank you 2016 and welcome to a blessed and much better 2017!

Happy New Year!
