Formed White Aluminum

Formed white aluminum is a continuous process that starts with a roll of flat, bare sheet aluminum. It then goes into the machine and comes out with a finished product that has been die-cut to shape, anodized white, and ready to be assembled in either custom-made window assemblies or factory-built window units. A formed white aluminum frame provides excellent strength, rigidity, and stability.

Cast White Aluminum

Cast white aluminum is usually made from recycled scrap alloys, melted down, and poured into a mold where it cools and hardens. It is then ground or sanded to remove the molding lines, thus giving it its smooth finish. A cast white aluminum frame provides excellent durability but not the strength of formed window material.

Non- Clear White Finish
