We are still experiencing nonstop rain. I heard over the radio this morning that this rain should last for 3 hours only as PAGASA claimed but it's passed 10 in the morning and yet it's still raining nonstop.
There are many places swamped with water and many are stranded. Let us all pray that this rain will stop. Let us all pray for the safety of all affected by typhoon Maring and Habagat.
