Before 2018 ended, our big bosses treated us at NIU by Vikings at SM Aura.
NIU by Vikings has a wide variety of dishes. Just like our The Spiral Buffet at Sofitel Manila experience, we didn't know where to start.
Anyway, let me just share some of the photos of dishes I was able to capture that night.
I was a bit shocked with the variety of deserts and cakes that NIU by Vikings offer. There are halo-halo, ice cream and kakanin pa on the other side. It was a festival of food. Super busog kami.
Lastly, this was the only group photo I grabbed from a colleague's FB.
