Pampers Shares Touching Story of Single Moms

I was a first time mom 10 years ago and I was a second time mom 2 years ago. In short, I am a mom of two now. Being a mom is not easy. Raising kids is not easy. Raising your kids alone is not easy. So I salute all single moms out there who bravely face the challenges of parenting their kids alone.

Recently, Pampers Philippines launched a campaign called #MoreThanGold, which aims to support the World Vision Philippines’s Go Baby Go program. This program gives holistic early childhood development assistance to single-mom children belonging to World Vision’s communities.

Let me share how ‘Teary-eyed, proud,’ Moms thank Pampers for sharing touching story of single moms in latest campaign

From the Press Release Kit:

Parenthood is hard work – but even more so when you’re a single mom. In the Philippines, about 14 million are single moms (95% of estimated 14 to 15 million solo parents) according to a World Health Organization-funded study by the Department of Health and the University of the Philippines-National Institutes of Health. Many of whom must juggle multiple jobs, household chores, their own education, and childcare all at the same time. Some single moms from urban poor and marginalised communities also experienced an increase in unpaid care work during the pandemic, spending over five hours more a day, according to an Oxfam International survey.

It is precisely this inexhaustible strength and incredible love for their child in the face of the unique challenges of single motherhood which inspired the latest program of Pampers Philippines called #MoreThanGold. It aims to support World Vision Philippines’s Go Baby Go program which gives holistic early childhood development assistance for single-mom children belonging in World Vision’s communities.

The campaign was launched with a heartwarming 60-seconder film that reflects and celebrates the extraordinary achievements of young, single mothers. We see the single mom in the film working many jobs to be able to provide for her child, finishing her studies, and taking care of and raising her firstborn. And through the eyes of her baby, as told by the tug-at-the-heartstrings voiceover, we see that it is through her strength and her determination in facing her unique motherhood journey that makes her a real treasure. Indeed, we realize that she can be anything she set herself to be – and that she is more precious than gold.

“Pampers’s purpose is to champion and care for all families and their babies’ happy and healthy development. As we continue with this commitment, we also recognize the reality that no parenthood journey is the same and that there are single moms who have been doing things beyond the extraordinary,” says Charm Banzuelo, Senior Communications Manager for Pampers Philippines. “As a brand, we want to do more and be a force for good by using our platform to share their story and extend assistance through our partnership with World Vision.”

World Vision’s Go Baby Go! (GBG) Parenting Program model aims to strengthen caregiver confidence and competence, and to provide nurturing care to babies during their first 1,000 days—from the moment of conception inside the womb until the baby turns three, so that they can reach their full potential.

World Vision’s Resource Development Director, Jun Godornes, expresses his gratitude to Pampers: "We're truly delighted to be part of P&G Pampers’s More than Gold campaign. The campaign highlights the joys and challenges of parenthood that resonate with all Filipino parents. Pampers has become a household name that is now synonymous to the word ‘diaper.’ We laud Pampers for dedicating this campaign to single moms to support them in raising their children as best as they can. At World Vision, we believe that given the right tools and opportunities, girls can overcome adversity and become changemakers and leaders of our nation. Congratulations to Pampers for inspiring more Filipinos through this heartwarming campaign!”

Unsurprisingly, the short film quickly rose to the top of online Twitter trending charts last Sunday, giving netizens all the feels. The film also prompted moms, including online mom personalities like Vien Iligan and beauty queen Jehza Simon to share experiences of their single motherhood, and tagging fellow young single moms in their re-shares of the film.

Recipes for Lactating Moms by Ajinomoto

Breastmilk is still the best for babies! That's my inspiration when I decided to exclusively breastfeed by baby. Luckily, for almost 8 months, our bunsoy is still breastfeeding.

However, I notice I produce less milk since he started eating solid.  Because I am a working mom, I pumped at work and from 3 150ml bottles, I can only pump 2 now. There are lots of factors that can affect milk supply like stress and the food the mother is eating.

Speaking of food, Ajinomoto shares special recipes for lactating  moms to help them stay nourished during their breastfeeding period. When moms are well nourished, it can help boost her milk supply.

From the Press Release Kit:

Mommies with newborns do everything they can to make sure that their babies are the healthiest. Exclusive breastfeeding of infants from birth up to six months is the most effective way to ensure your child’s nutritional needs. Breast milk provides all the energy and essential nutrients, making it the most complete and sustainable food for an infant. While breastfeeding plays a crucial role in the growth and development of babies, it isn’t always easy to do, mothers too may need some support to get started.

To help mothers achieve optimum nutrition for their babies, Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation (APC) joins in the call to safeguard infant’s health in this year’s nutrition month campaign, “Malnutrisyon patuloy na labanan, First 1,000 Days tutukan.” The theme calls for all sectors to help in spreading awareness about the importance of the First 1,000 Days of life as the strategic intervention to prevent stunting and obesity. The First 1,000 Days of life is the period from conception up to the first two years of a child.

“Exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 month of life is also essential in forming the special bond between a mother and child. This is why we, at Ajinomoto, aim to empower more women to continue breastfeeding and support them with healthier methods at this special time in their lives,” Ajinomoto’s Science Communication Executive Deborah S. Fajarda, RND.

With this, APC developed four easy-to-cook recipes to help lactating mothers in their breastfeeding journey. Check them out!

Moms with newborns have a lot on their plate so staying on top of things is difficult to do. To help address this, Ajinomoto prepared this easy-to-prepare Umami Mommy Burger which is filled with energy and carbohydrates perfect for restoring energy loss of a breastfeeding mother.

Ensuring moms get enough iron helps prevent the iron deficiency anemia and reduce the feeling of fatigue. Moreover, dark green leafy vegetables like malunggay and gabi leaves are helpful in increasing your milk supply. These veggies are rich in iron that would help fill for the high demands for Iron during lactation. Try this Laing with Malunggay Leaves dish developed by Ajinomoto that provides 33% of the daily Iron needs of a breastfeeding mom.

A unique and healthy take on spaghetti! Both squash and malunggay are rich in Vitamin A. Do you know that infants have low Vitamin A stores and are reliant on external sources especially on breast milk? Thus, it’s vitally important for lactating mothers to consume foods rich in Vitamin A to produce breast milk that is rich in Vitamin A needed for visual health, immunity, growth, and development of their infants. Eat well and have your baby share in the benefits!

This recipe features Adlai rice, which is rich in fiber and has a low glycemic index. Not only does it help control the blood sugar levels of lactating mothers to help them produce milk, it also transforms the salad to a full meal!

These recipes reflect the Ajinomoto Creating Shared Value (ASV) framework and Eat Well, Live Well commitment, as the company continues to develop ideas and create products to improve the nutrition of Filipino families, especially of the children.

“Through these recipes, we hope to be a companion to moms in their babies’ crucial First 1000 Days and even beyond, as we strive in helping shape a healthier generation,” shares Fajarda.

Mother's Day 2020 ECQ Edition

Because of the health pandemic we are facing now, most of the celebrations are done in the Enhanced Community Quarantine way.

Just like my 39th birthday, we celebrated Mother's Day 2020 at home.

Daddy A bought a cake from Bread Talk because I was craving for black forest cake.

cake, Bread Talk

Unfortunately, since I am still having morning sickness, I didn't enjoy eating the cake. But I can't be happier, because our son is with us already.

Daddy fetched him the day before Mother's Day. Naaawa na siya siguro sa akin because I kept saying "sana andito anak natin." Biglang nawala yung hilo and discomfort I am feeling because my son is with us na. Hindi na ko masyadong nag-aalala.

When he woke up that morning, he went straight to me and said "Mommy two times ka pala nagcecelebrate ng birthday mo, e. Happy Mother's Day!" He kissed and hugged me, and my heart melts.

I was also happy because of the food daddy brought from Nueva Ecija.

Cravings satisfied na naman.

By the way, I also started to do the 10-minute yoga for pregnant woman.

yoga for pregnant woman

It feels so good after. Grabe makapawis.

For lunch, I cooked Chicken Arroz Valenciana.

Arroz Valenciana

I have been craving for it, yun lang nasuya ata ako. Haha!

As I have said, this pregnancy is more difficult than my first because of the morning sickness I am experiencing. But nevertheless, I feel so blessed because we are now complete.

To all the mommas, Happy Mother's Day. One day is not enough to celebrate your greatness. Let everyday be our day.

Tips for Managing Postpartum Depression

There’s no shortage of information and advice for those experiencing motherhood for the first time. From breastfeeding to understanding how a baby behaves, new mothers are practically smothered with knowledge of how to successfully embark upon the beautiful adventure of helping a newborn get acquainted with life.

With that said, there remains a factor of motherhood which is too often considered a taboo and not adequately addressed: postpartum depression. You’re a mother caring for a baby and you’re inexplicably sad and upset? The breadth of information accumulated over thousands of years of parenting appears incapable of providing effective assistance. If this is the case, don’t make the mistake of thinking you’re alone. While postpartum depression may come off as abnormal and something to feel bad about, the truth is it’s a condition that affects upwards of 50% of mothers with a newborn. You aren’t alone, and you’ll never be alone.

While postpartum depression is undoubtedly not as bad as it might sound, that doesn’t mean there aren’t ways for new mothers to confront the condition head-on. The following is a basic guide to overcoming postpartum depression:

Seek help

This is a pretty simple tip to follow. If you think you’re experiencing postpartum depression, seek help. The therapy and treatment which is most effective will vary from one woman to another. You might get substantial benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy; research CBT therapy to see if it might be the right fit for your situation. Or, you might respond better to alternative approaches to addressing the struggles of postpartum depression.

Postpartum depression patients, especially those who lost their babies, would be recommended to undergo doll therapy. This treatment process requires the use of baby dolls that look real to help them recover from their loss.

The key is to accept the need for help and take steps to get help.

Exercise

It comes off as a catch-all solution to many of life’s problems, but the truth is exercise can do wonders for treating anxiety, depression, and stress. Go for a three-mile walk. Jog, run, or ride a bicycle. Lift some weights or swim some laps in a public pool. If sports are more your thing, play tennis or racquetball. Ultimately, the way you exercise after giving birth is irrelevant as long as you do it. While the ways in which exercise help those dealing with postpartum depression may not be apparent at first, you’ll more than likely come to realize the benefits of fitness. Just give it time.

Eat well

Being told to adhere to a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean meats is a piece of advice you’ve heard so many times it loses meaning, but doing so can be incredibly effective in helping alleviate the symptoms of postpartum depression. While a change in diet will not outright cure the condition, it will result in feeling better in general. Ensuring your body gets the right ratio of nutrients via foods is a building block for health and wellness. Doing so will, at the very least, lead to being healthier. The result is being a person in a better position to manage the symptoms and outcomes of PPD.

Resist isolation

One of the hallmarks of postpartum depression is a mother’s desire to avoid others. If you’re dealing with PPD, you probably want to be left alone as much as possible. While it’s undoubtedly alluring to avoid other people, taking steps to resist isolation is key to overcoming postpartum depression. It’s easier said than done but urging yourself to be more sociable than you want will give you the chance to embrace aspects of life you may otherwise neglect. Simply put: avoid isolation and take the step to socialize. You’ll be surprised by the results.

Postpartum depression can often seem like an alienating condition. The truth is you are among millions of mothers who have experienced PPD. Never fear. You will overcome.

How to Juggle Motherhood and Running a Business from Home

motherhood, running a business, home, mother, business tips, mompreneur,
When you are a busy mom, and you also have your own business, it can feel like you’re being pulled in lots of different directions at once. There are the kids to take care of, emails to write and phone calls to take, as well as all the other household duties that need to be done. If you are feeling overwhelmed by juggling motherhood and running your own business from home, here are some tips that will help make things a little smoother.

Organize your time

When you have so much going on at home, you need to make the best use of your time. For example, you don’t want to be on the phone to a client while you’re in the middle of preparing a meal. If you know when the quietest times are at home, such as after you take the children to school in the morning, then that is when you could schedule your calls.
Using a calendar or planner is also a good way to get an overview of the tasks you have to complete through the week, and you can plan them around your other commitments.

Delegate

If you don’t feel like you can manage the daily cleaning tasks around your home because you are busy with your business or kids, then there are expert cleaning companies that can help. It’s easy to use the internet to search for a professional cleaning service Orange County NY, for example, which will bring you a list of results in your area.

Other ways you can help take the strain off when you are busy is to delegate. If you have work tasks that you can outsource, then that helps you get things done and means you can spend your time doing something else. Or, if you have a work deadline that you just can’t miss, ask your partner to help by making the evening meal.

Keep work separate

Another helpful tip for working mothers is to keep your home life and work life separate as much as you can. You don’t want work interfering with quality family time, and it can also be distracting when you are in the middle of a work task to have your partner wander past looking for fresh socks. If you can have a quiet area of the house or a small office that is just for work, it will help stop some of the overlap and help keep your work/life balance right.

Make time for yourself

When you are multitasking, and trying to do the things you want to do for your kids, as well as making your business a success, it can create stress. To keep yourself in the best health, both mentally and physically, it is important to make a little time just for yourself. Relax in the bath, have a glass of wine with friends, or take up a hobby. As long as it gives you a break, that is often all you need.

Running a business from home, as well as being a busy mom, takes skill and patience! Be flexible, adaptable, as well as organized, and you will be able to create the lifestyle you’ve been striving for.

Four Ways You Can Enhance Your Mommy Experience

mother, motherhood, mommy experience, mommy stories, parenting, Parenting Tips, parents, kids,

Being a mom is both the best, and the hardest, job we’ll ever have. Sometimes it can overwhelm us just looking at our children, and realizing that we made these amazing little lives that come to us for guidance, love and the occasional Kool-Aid spill. The little moments in life that define what it means to be a mom are so central to our existence, that we can’t image our lives without them, and we often wonder if we’ll be able to hold it all together.

There’s always room for improvement (but don’t get us wrong: you’re nailing it already mom!), especially when it comes to our children. We want them to feel that they are loved, safe and, hardest of all, prepared for the day that they’ll leave us to make their own way in the world. To help enhance the experience of being a mom, and make the most of those precious moments, from their first words to their first car, let’s discuss four ways you can enhance the mommy experience, both for you and your little ones.

1.   Start Living a Healthier Lifestyle

We tend to be the most conscious about our figure in the months following pregnancy. We’ve gotten used to carrying around the extra weight, eating a few extra calories to help the baby’s development, and have had to cut way back on exercise. But, now that the baby’s here, we don’t have the excuse to carry those few extra pounds we did before, and much as we might wish otherwise, that baby weight won’t all go away on its own.

Once you’ve had a few months to recover from birth, or even if your children or all in their teens, you should consider starting to live a healthier lifestyle. A better diet, regular exercise and some time for mental recovery are all essential to a longer, fuller life, regardless of your age or gender This is particularly true for moms: by eating better and spending at least three days a week exercising, we can improve our mental state, give ourselves more energy to keep up with and play with our children, and fit into that pre-pregnancy dress we love so much!

Maybe even more importantly, though, is the example it sets for our children. Since we’re the first impression of the world that our children will encounter, we need to set a good one ladies, and living a healthy life is the perfect way to start. As they grow older, if we’ve set the example, our children will be far more likely to make good choices about their own health, and maintain good habits for a lifetime.

2.   Start a Mom’s Blog

As a mom, there’s no substitute for the love and support we get from our families and friends when raising our kids, and definitely nothing more important for staying sane! But when it comes to parenting, the more we can learn, and the more people we can lean on, the better.

Starting your own blog to document your mommy journey is a great way to connect with others, share experiences, and learn as you go. Through blogging, you’ll connect with countless other moms who are in the same stage you’re at in your parenting life, as well as older moms and grandmas who are there to listen to your worries and offer advice that helped them make it through. Blogging also offers us a place to post our pictures and memories that won’t ever be lost if there’s a fire, a flood, or through the wear and time of time. There’s also something wonderful about sharing the pride and joy our children give us with the world!

As if that weren’t enough, starting a blog is incredibly simple! You just need to determine your theme (a.k.a. What you’ll write about), register a domain name, get a basic design set (don’t worry - there’s plenty of pre-made templates and step-by-steps to help you), and presto! You’re now officially blogging!

3.   Strengthen the Bonds of Your Marriage

Remember earlier, when we said that you were your child’s first impression of the world around them, and they’ll be watching everything you do? That goes double for your marriage.

How you and your spouse interact has the potential impact how your children’s relationships with others will be for the rest of their lives, and how they’re feeling right now in their own homes. If you and your spouse are supportive, encouraging, and nurturing to one another, that will help your children feel safe and loved in turn; conversely, if your marriage is fraught with tension, disappointment, or even open resentment, your children will sense this uneasiness, and they’ll become distressed themselves.

Though it can seem contradictory, because you may need to sacrifice some of the time and attention you devote to your children, if you want to be a better example for your children, and establish your home as a place they want to be and feel safe in, give a renewed emphasis to your marriage.

4.   Do More Activities as a Family

Yeah, cause we have so much spare time as it is, right? I hear you, but listen to me ladies: when we look back, and especially when our kids do, we won’t remember those extra hours we spent putting the finishing touches on that business proposal, or that Saturday morning we spent tidying up the living room that wasn’t so dirty in the first place. What we will remember are the moments spent together, like when our children’s eyes lighting up the first time they saw the grand canyon, or when they jumped with delight the first time they saw a hibachi chef light fire to the grill!

Children thrive on feelings of attention and affection, and they want everyone to feel the same. With their innocence comes the desire for everyone to feel happy and fulfilled in what they’re doing, and this is especially true of their own families. By doing more family activities together, you’re not only creating memories you’ll cherish the rest of your lives, you’re giving your children the love and attention they need. This doesn’t mean you have to take a luxury vacation to the Bahamas once a year; you can go for walks together, have a family game night, or even do a home improvement project as a family.

The point is, whenever you can spend time together, doing whatever you can to come closer as a family, do it!

There’s no one right way to be a mom. Everyone is different, and everyone has their own schedule and lessons they want to impart to their children. Regardless of what your life is like, or what you’d like to be for you and your family, as moms, we can all benefit from a healthier life, a wider support circle, a stronger marriage, and more time spent with our families. I’m sure there are days you feel like you can’t hold it together, but trust me, you’re not alone, and you’ve got this mom. You’re going to be fine, and so will your children, because they’ll have you to show them how.

Now, get after it mom!

Common Causes of Stress for Mothers and Tips for Coping

There is no denying that you love your children. They bring you so much joy and are a true gift to your life. That being said, the responsibility of caring for a child and raising them to be upstanding adults can be stressful. Though you may be very good at hiding it, too much stress can lead to a multitude of problems for you and your family. Finding constructive ways to cope is essentially the best thing you can do for all involved.

Don’t Burn Out
Did you know that you could burn out from being a mom? Well, it’s actually true. Women who are constantly stressed about the responsibility of caring for their family or the well-being of their family end up burning out. A parental burnout as it is often referred is extreme feelings of stress and despair. Women who suffer from this have been known to drink excessively, feel depressed, resent their loved ones, have mood swings, and even experience physical consequences like body aches, fluctuations in weight, and more.

If you believe you’ve burned out or are struggling with the responsibilities of parenting it is imperative to get help right away. For those who have begun abusing substances, look for help through places like Sandy’s Place, a Newport beach rehab for women. Otherwise, you can speak with a therapist or ask your family to help relieve some of the burdens you’re dealing with.

Lack of Time
How many moms out there wish they could add a few more hours to every day just so they can get everything done? When raising a family as well as caring for yourself (or at least trying to), there is a lot to be done. With seemingly not enough time in the day many women end up feeling like they have to sacrifice something. This might mean skipping out on quality time with the kids, not doing the laundry, not preparing nutritious meals, or even neglecting their need for quiet time. Sure, every mom has skipped or sacrificed these things on occasion, however, on an ongoing basis this does nothing but create more chaos and frustration.

How to Cope: Use time management techniques like creating a household schedule. Also, talk with your spouse or significant other about helping out. Lastly, relax, unfortunately, everyone wishes they had more time, but you only have 24 hours in each day. If you don’t get it all done today, try again the next.

Finances
Raising children this day and age isn’t cheap. From childcare services and afterschool programs to clothes, food, and extracurricular activities, there’s a lot to cover. Every mom wants their child to be able to have the best possible life and will sometimes stress when they’re unable to afford things their kids want and need.

How to Cope: Creating a household budget can be very useful in helping you to keep your finances in order. If you have more expenses than income, you’ll need to reduce your spending and/or increase your income by earning extra money on the side. Other financial tips for parents might include looking for savings everywhere you can start saving for college right away, and create an emergency savings account for those unexpected events.

Balancing Relationships
Mothers have to invest a lot of time and energy into raising their children. So much so, that it can hinder their ability to balance personal relationships. Engaging with a significant other and spending time with friends ends up on the back burner. This can lead to resentment and social isolation.

How to Cope: It’s true that your children will take up a lot of your time. However, it is also true that adults need relationships. Find time in your household schedule to spend with others. Hire a sitter for date nights or ask your family members to pitch in so you can hang out with friends. You can also consider mixing family time with social time by meeting friends at locations that are kid-friendly like the park. This way you get to socialize with others your age while your kids do the same.

Self-Doubt
Last on the list of stressors for mothers is self-doubt. It is not uncommon for parents to feel as if they’re not doing the best for their children. Though there is no one-size-fits-all parenting style and mistakes are bound to be made as you raise your kids, moms often reevaluate, second-guess, and doubt their abilities at being a good parent. This can result in depression, stress, anxiety, and more.

How to Cope: First, you must understand that no parent is perfect. If you feel that you’re using the best practices to make decisions in your child’s life, that should be enough. When issues are more difficult or your choice turns out to be the wrong one, look to others for support and guidance like your spouse, your parents, teachers, guidance counselors, and other parents in the community.

Being a mom isn’t easy by any means. Though you see your children as a blessing, the role can be a lot to bear at times. If you’ve been feeling stressed about the scenarios above or other areas of your life, it is imperative to stay calm, look for effective solutions, and execute them accordingly. If you’re feeling burned out or overwhelmed, seeking support from others can get you back on the right path.

Health Tips For Moms

We know that as a mom you are preoccupied with the kids. Whether you are changing their diapers, feeding them or driving them to school, your kids take up a lot of your time. While your children may be your priority, you should not neglect your health, either.

Since you are busy and need to look after your health, what are the things you can do that do not take up a lot of your time but promote good health? For the best advice, be sure to check out https://www.mommyauthority.com/.

Stay Active

One of the best ways to ensure you maintain good health is to stay active. Make sure that you are moving as much as possible, preferably outdoors. You can select an activity for the whole family, thereby ensuring you are not neglecting your family while you practice fitness and good health. You do not need to exert yourself by signing up for a family marathon or a gruelling hike. A simple hour walk around the block with the family will suffice. You can even tag the dog along.

Get Enough Sleep

We know that the role of a mom does not stop when the sun sets, especially if you have a baby to keep you awake throughout the night. When you get sufficient rest, you improve your health, as well as your mood and creativity. Adequate sleep allows you to reduce stress to enable you to lose weight. If you are worried about neglecting the kids while you are sleeping, you can take turns with your partner.

Make Time For Yourself

After all the work you do for the kids every day, as well as the household, you deserve a break. There is nothing better for your health than getting away from the chaos, even if it is only for a few hours. Read a book in the garden or take the dog for a walk. Whatever your preference, make sure that you will not be disturbed.

Do Not Forget About Fun

Even though you are a mom, it is okay to take a night off. You can schedule one night a month to go out with the girls to dance or a weekend at the spa. Getting away from the kids for a day or two can help to boost relationships. Absence does make the heart grow fonder, after all. A study showed that women who went out on monthly excursions with their girlfriends proved to be better mothers and wives.

Make Sure You Stay Positive

People will always tell you to stay positive as a motivation tool to keep you strong during the challenges. But, staying positive has a direct impact on your health. Negativity, usually, spills over into other areas of our lives that can have a devastating impact on our happiness, as it can cause stress. When you convert negative thoughts into positive, you feel jubilant and increase the possibility of having good health.

Eat A Healthy Diet

One of the most significant ways to ensure that you stay healthy is to eat a proper diet. What are the foods that you should be eating?

      Fruits and vegetables are crucial.
Instead of opting for white rice, try brown.
You need to eat lean proteins such as fish, poultry and beans.
Reduce your intake of sugar, salt, processed foods and saturated fat.

Do Not Skip Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be neglected, especially by busy moms. A cup of coffee does not constitute as a breakfast. Make sure you eat eggs, beans, mushrooms and avocado, as it will enable you to have the energy for the rest of the day and will promote good health.

Exercise

Yes, we know how easy it is to use the excuse of being so busy that you are unable to exercise. Anything that you value in life, you will make time for, and you should appreciate exercise since it promotes good health. You can schedule your exercise for when your kids are at school or early in the morning before they are awake. And, you do not have to go to the gym. A run around the block or pilates in your living room will suffice.

There you some health tips for a busy mom like me. Always stay healthy mommies!
