When You Are A Mother...

Rainy Tuesday morning everyone!

I hope all is well with you all. It's another brand new week and in case you still didn't realize, we are already pass half way September. Soon it's Christmas. Already excited? We will all sure be busier as the Christmas day is approaching. Do you already have your wishlist?

Today, I will not talk about Christmas or wishlist or gifts. But rather about this thing called Motherhood. Almost all moms, if not all, can relate how our life have change when we become a mother. So please allow me to share these to you.

When You are A Mother...
Just a warning, these are all my thoughts and nothing but my thoughts. So here it goes...

You become braver than what you think you are...

And even risk your life just to see your little angel's face. Her first smile, his first yawn...

You instantly become a big fan...

Let's admit it, we adore our child to the moon and back. For us our child is the most beautiful baby ever born.

You go through sleepless nights...

And still sing out our heart to make your fussy little boss sleeps. I bet you know all the lullabies!

You think less of your self...

Because our whole world will revolve around this small powerful human being who's born to change our life forever.

You become more patient...

And in case we reached your limit, we can instantly refill it because of our great love to our child.

You hate being sick...

Because to our child you are his superwoman. And by saying superwoman, we have no right to get sick.

You can easily become emotional...

Especially when you are talking about our child and how time flies, and how we wish they are still young, and so on, and so forth.

You need to be strong...

Even if we are hurting so much.

You always feel guilty...

Because we think what we are doing and giving is not enough. Mommy guilt that is!

You are your little child's everything...

Just like they are everything to us. They simply adore us and for them we are just perfect!

You always look forward going home...

At the end of your tiring day, a kiss and hug from our child is all we need to wipe the stress away. Just his smile can change our mood. They can actually turn our world upside down in an instance.

You are blessed...

Because not all is given a chance to have a child. (No offense meant to anyone)

I know there are so much more being a mother and this is just my view as a mother to a toddler. It may differ once your child become an adult. But just the same, mothers are selfless, brave, inspiration, strong and mothers are simply special.

Have a blessed week everyone!
