Good morning! It's a beautiful Saturday morning. Even if I have no enough sleep I feel so happy and energetic today. I feel so blessed and of course, Matt always start my day right.

When you are at the height of your feelings, never ever make a decision. It is much better to keep quiet and think for awhile. Let your feelings calm down, whether you are happy or sad or mad.
You can think and decide rightfully when you are at your stable state. Like an atom, when you are at your excited state, your tendency is to give or receive electrons. So as not to regret in the end, wait and be patient.
Remember the sayings "nasa huli lagi ang pagsisi", it's so true and sometimes the effect is irreversible.
